Placed an order thru Facebook ad. Ranchola website said my order was delivered but I never received it. Filed complaints with the company and have tried several times to get a response. No repsonses

Have also sent request to [email protected]

They kept insuring me my order was coming in the mail I could never find anything with the tracking number they gave me and I called my local post office she said she couldn’t find anything associated with the tracking number that it is fraudulent activity for me to report it
