This seller on ebay identifies as being in the U.S., but it is obvious that they are overseas and possibly have a warehouse in Florida. The seller shipped my purchase to a random address/name in the same town I live in. I contacted them to let them know they shipped to the wrong address/person, and they refused to refund my money. I had to keep contacting Paypal to resolve this, because their system automatically denies cases when they see the tracking provided matches the city/state/zip code the buyer is in. They do not look at the street address or name it was shipped to. After a couple of weeks of dealing with all of the parties involve, I finally got my money back from PayPal on 5/2/23.
