I purchased clothes online waited months the tracking mail said it was delivered and it was not, its not in the household it is not at the post office and they told me i had 24 hours to respond but they didnt contact me within 24 hours. I kept in touch with them. They kept telling me to wait then they said it was delivered and it was not. outtee.com took my money and gave me nothing in return. A refund was not even an offer
