I purchased 2 kids smart phones. When I opened them I realized they were much to advanced for my three year olds. When Landscapet finally responded, they asked for a picture of the phones and my receipt. After completing that task their response today was "Their shipping department says that's what I ordered. My order number was 984S244574 . 2 kids phones at $39.99 each. Total was $82.38. Their return policy states return can be made.

Ordered a coat thinking it was a legitimate source since paypal was a payment option. Unbeknownst to me it was a scam. Within an hour i emailed both paypal and this company to cancel. They keep sending the same generic email with clear errors which leads me to believe its even more fake. Want to warn others

Ad on F.B. showed a Clark's sandal at half price for $34 plus tax/shipping. When I received product it was a VERY CHEAP imitation of sandal in on-line ad. Appeared as if it was a Dollar Store item plus was abnormally wide. I contacted company through email and they said NO RETURNS as I'd have to mail it back to Hong Kong (even though their return address was local) and they'd give me a DISCOUNT on my next order. This went back & forth numerous times until I called my Credit Card Co., told them of the bait & switch scam & mailed the product back to the local address package was mailed from. I have a "provisional $45 credit" on my

credit card now.

I had seen an ad on Facebook about a clearence sale for Bloom Chic and was in the market for some summer clothes, went through picked items totaling $37.32 in total. Received confirmation email stating Fallacture which was a little weird but assumed it was part of Bloom Chic. A day later received tracking info, states online it only take about 20 days. I ordered on March 12th, Delivery date was stated as April 15th. I live in a apartment complex with a Concierge desk and they keep online lists of deliveries and Emails whenever something comes in. Never received an email from Bloom chic(Fallacture) or the desk that something came in. Been reviewing the company and a few websites state Fallacture is a scams site.

There was an add on facebook that fashion nova had sale. So i clicked the link and made a purchase of $37.87. I waited one month before it showed that the order was delivered, while i was waiting for the order i was constantly contacting the company via email about the order. When the tracting website said package delivered i checked my home cameras to see if it was actually delivered but it wasn't when i contacted the company again about it and they said they contacted the delivery company and they said it was signed for upon delivery which i have proof that it was never delivered. I offered to send them the video from my home camera showing that i hadn't received any delivery. They said no and offer to give 20% refund stating that they loose money because the items were on sale. I told them no i want my full payment they said they would give me a 90% refund. I said okay i check my account and saw that they only refunded me $7.57.

I saw a great deal on Facebook for Stanley Drinking cups, and I am normally very careful to check for security signs, it was very cheap and just decided to purchase. a few weeks went by and I followed up via email, they were very responsive sending me tracking information and since it was coming from china they said it could take a month. Well here we are about 4 months later and their last email a few weeks ago said "We are sorry we could no longer help you, check in with your local post office, as item may have been lost" - I continue to this day to request a refund and they will not.

I saw an "ad" on Facebook for overstock, need to sell stock at a loss. I ordered a number of items supposedly from Jim Shore on November 6, 2023. I received a confirmation but no further information until I contacted them to ask about whether the item had shipped. After several emails back and forth I finally received a tracking link. The tracking was partly in Chinese. After noting that the package had been shipped through Hong Kong, arrived at JFK airport in NYC. Then it 'wandered' around, finally had 3 locations supposedly in my town. I then put the Chinese into Google Translate where it stated that the package had been delivered on December 2. I was at home that day and often checked my front door but did not receive any packages that day. I contacted them again with all that information to which they replied that the package had been "Successfully delivered". I replied that they had not read my email stating that the package had not been delivered! I asked for a refund. I have not received any further replies despite repeated emails!

I saw an ad on Facebook for personal protection , high power stun pens , marketed through this company Lavieron. After paying the money for them , approx $70., they finally arrived after about 30 days. Not only were they not stun pens, they were rechargeable BBQ lighters , worth about $10 each!! In looking at this companies website, I do not see these even being sold ! I was definitely scammed ! The package came from some address in California, but when I was trying to track the package , it said it was coming from Portugal !

The facenook application said sketchers flats at 30 plus dollats each order beige and black size 9 wide width. No sketchers logo identified on the flats and very small shoes size 6 narrow. Very cheaply made. No return merchandise label. Scam me out of monies for a false product

I ordered two items via facebook and it looked legitimate until the money came out of PayPal. The seller, Giske Network Technology, is not able to be found through searching Facebook now. It said on the add that it was a US company and the tracking number they sent showed the "item received in mid NY Distribution Center" and a series of tracking through USPS. I ordered June 9th. By July 3rd it was not "found". The post office said it was such a small item that it was lost or never scanned in. I complained to PayPal and asked for help but there was none. The seller kept delaying me and giving me the run around about checking with the post office. Now, a week later, they say the item couldn't be delivered due to an address error (my address is correct on their package confirmation). I searched on line and found several people scammed by them also. What happened to them is the same story for me. They said they package was returned to them (suddenly after being lost for over a month) and now I have to pay the shipping and handling in order to get a refund. They are scammers and pretend to send items and have address problems so that it is returned and they keep the money.

I ordered a sweatshirt threw facebook site. Got mutiple details from [email protected]. 7 weeks later and no product received. They keep saying check with neighbors, mail, etc No real person to talk to.

This company used Facebook to advertise their clothes. I purchased 20 tshirt s and a pair of Gucci slippers for $59.99 free shipping. they had a tracking number set up to make me believe it was being shipped and then they said it was delivered. It was never delivered and when I emailed support the email did not go through

i purchased 3 bras from advertisement on Facebook to buy get and get 3, try it for 30 days, easy returns. It sounded worthwhile, but it took several weeks for the merchandise to arrive, and when it did, I tried one bra. It did not fit and was poor quality. I immediately emailed the site and said I wanted to return them. I was told that postage to Hong Kong was very expensive. Instead they would send me a 20% coupon for my next purchase and I could keep what I already had.

My response was that I did not want to keep merchandise that was of no use to me and I did not want to purchase anything else from them. Then they offered to send me a cash refund of $22, whereas I paid $35 for the items plus $6.99 for postage, and again I could keep the bras that I did not want. I countered with, "What about your offer of try for 30 days and easy returns?" Returns could only be accepted for items that had not been washed or worn. No response.

I packed everything up and took the package to my post office: $26. I will accept their cash offer,

I want others who see their enticing ad to know it is a scam.

The same thing just happened to me. Bought the "FabulousOne" strapless bras buy 1 get 2. They.dodmt fit & 1 strap missing & hook broken. I emailed for refund & was given 2 options...

Pay to return & they will refund when they receive items or
Allow deduction of processing & logistics fee & they will refund balance.
Very Sad that people do such things.

I found this website on Facebook. So I decided to explore the website. I loved the prices and the merchandise. So I decided to purchase the women's cute cat ear printed long sleeve hoodie in black, size M. It was $4.99 and shipping was $8.90. Total amount was $13.89., ***** ** ****** ** ********. The order time was 2023-03-31 21:27:49. The status was and still is awaiting shipment. The standard shipping was between 10-15 day. I emailed them. They replied back saying don't worry your order is processing. I never heard from them again.
