On 11/25 I placed an order for a bath mat and storage boxes.
The Ad for the storage boxes is shown below. (The bath mat was ordered from the same site.)
Ad Here: https://www.coanow.shop/
The site stated I would receive notice when the item/s are shipped.
I would check tracking regularly but did not receive any notice of shipment.
On 12/19 tracking stated the storage boxes were delivered on 12/16. I did not receive anything.
I called the number provided on the website (415) 417-2329 but only an auto message instructed me to send an email to alert them of my issue. The email address provided on the auto message was unclear hence I used the email address on the order confirmation email that I received.
On 12/21 I received an email response saying their records show the items delivered on 12/16 to my address and that I should contact my local post office.
I did call my local post office. They investigated and informed me they had no record of the tracking numbers I was provided by this vendor. We have an inquiry number from the post office to prove that we really did contact the post office.
On 12/23, I emailed vendor again to inform them about what my local post office said. I have not received any response. I keep calling the customer service number but am not able to reach a live person.
On the bath mat, I also have not received any notice or delivery.
The website promises to respond to emails within 8 hours. However, while they responded to me the first time I contacted them within 8 hours, the second time we contact them, I haven't heard from them at all.
It goes without saying that my payments were accepted and debited off my bank account.
I have reported this to the Better Business Bureau with the hopes that international vendors such as this will not be able to do business in the United States or any other country in the world.
