I purchased the item online on 12/4/23. I received a tracking # from China and on 12/29/23 at 11pm I received an email saying it was delivered. It was not. I notified them and they said they would ship it again and it would arrive 7-15 days. on 1/20/24, tracking says it was delivered. It was not. They claim it is the fault of the courier and cannot issue me a full refund.
