I wish I would have explored the merchant more because what I received was a FAR inferior figurine that looked absolutely nothing like what was depicted on the website. It looks like someone's homemade school craft that they duplicitously sold to me. (When I placed the order, the website even offered the option of a base. I selected the coffee can base, which was depicted in the photo and is thus listed on my order confirmation. But of course I didn't receive anything that remotely looks like what I ordered. The base of my figurine is a weird box.)
I did some Internet searching on the company and I found that their "headquarters" are in Cyprus,. The website states the company name is Lettymar Limited, but a Google search of the address brings up something called PrimeiroPay Cyrpus. Also, the email address from my order confirmation reflects a company called GoodIdealShop.com. It just all seems very scammy.
When I reached out for a refund I sent them photos of what I ordered versus what I received and they didn't seem to think there was a problem. Very problematic. I wish I saw the red flags earlier.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!
