I assumed it was a reputable site/business with the words "government" name in the
original name but it is not. They have no real address and they are actually out of the United Kingdom I got one of the people to share with me.
Now they never call you back the same day but usually call you during the day between 9-4 .
They are NOT a government
website.
And it's as Valid as me getting my own Passport.
I'm not even sure they do Passports.
I was told by 1 gentleman that I would get my money back but when the 3rd or 4th different person called me back they vehemently refused.
In reading now about websites , I have learned a lot about getting myself into people who probably don't do what they say. As a matter of fact I'm not sure what they actually do for 190.00 but I don't think it's getting your Passport back.
I was able to go over to the Post office , legally , and do it with a human postal service worker.
When I asked them how they would get my Passport they couldn't provide me with any information on how that would actually happen.
