On November 20, 2024 I Attempted to order Passport online. Filled out application on-line and paid for expedited service via debit card. Never received any confirmation email, however $118.95 was paid from bank account.

Web site was EASY PASSPORTS. Phone number (which responds “are agents are not available to take your call you can e-mail us at [email protected]. No response

I thought i was purchasing the forms to start my passport. When i went to the post office, they infirmed me that i should not have paid anything online.
