When I went to check the status of my order, the tracking information provided via Lottie London’s online website tracker- it showed that my order was “Confirmed” on December 1st.
My first email to Lottie Londons LISTED customer support email ([email protected]) was sent out on Friday 6th after I got suspicious. Since then, I have sent in total of 10 Emails to Lottie Londons LISTED customer support email via their website. I have not received a single response at all.
It has been almost a week of sending emails to their support teams and none of my emails have been answered.
Over the past few days I have reached out in regards to my concerns about my order and the suspicious situation to Lottie Londons numerous social media accounts. I addressed my suspicions of this Outer Banks Perfume Advertisement- being a scam and how I (as a customer) wanted to be informed on the situation regarding my order and why I have not received it yet. Lottie London replied to me on only 1 social media account with a clearly automated message and said they would reach out to me. They never did.
I have also seen hundreds of other people going through the exact same situation. People who purchased an Outer Banks Perfume from this company and are also being ignored. Whether it be through emails or reaching out to other socials in hope of getting a response. Negative comments are being deleted and people are getting blocked.
This company has refused to acknowledge its customers who have purchased the Outer Banks Fragrances. Lottie London is also blocking those who voice up regarding the same issue. Lottie London is also deleting comments and more of those who are voicing their concerns.
