Ordered a plant for same day delivery (bamboo). They emailed me saying they didn’t have the plant and would being sending a different plant ($25) less than what I paid. They said I could not replace for an Orchid and would need would refund me. I then had to place a new order for a substitute item. The substitute idea was never delivered. I had them cancel that order and have not received refund. I will be freezing C.C.
