I ordered the gaming table on 12-18-2023 for Christmas, and never received it. I reached out to the company and they keep promising to send it, saying to be patient and that they've re-shipped the item. Continue to give me the same tracking number which shows that it was delivered to Chattanooga, TN. I told them that it says that, they asked for my address again. Then said they were going to keep it as the same tracking number and they keep telling me to be patient. Saying that it takes 15-20 days for shipping. I ordered in December, now we are almost in August of 2024. I just want my money back and they refuse to refund me.
