After organizing a purchase for advertising products worth over $12,000, no product showed up on the agreed upon timeline. After some back and forth, a refund was promised to no avail. Avoid Melvin Massey owner of AMIL360 at all costs. Melvin seemed very honest about the business transaction taking place but he had other intentions clearly. I am not the only customer that has been defrauded by Melvin Massey.

Promotional products were ordered May 2024. Was originally promised a delivery date of 2 weeks after funds were transferred. Was told that there were issues with the supplier everytime I followed up. On August 21, 2024 email was send and it was agreed that a full refund would be issued for $11,520.80 but Amil360 (Melvin Massey CEO) said he needed 2 weeks to get the fund back to me, company wire info was provided. Every follow up was "I need 2 more weeks". A cheque was then promised by September 5, 2024. After numerous follow up, I still have no cheque or wire for the refund.
