I contacted an appliance repair phone number, which forwarded me to a refrigerator repair company. They came over and quickly looked at my refrigerator and told me that I needed a new thermostat. Total price $349 with $170 down payment. They were supposed to come back in two days two days later I got a phone call during the window saying the part had not come in yet and that they would come between 4 and 8 PM at 8 PM I called them and they said that they were on their way and would be here in 40 minutes. At 9:40 PM it was obvious they were not coming. Using Google I researched the phone number on the invoice and scampulse.com had a report on the company reporting that they were scamming people.
