This is a membership to a software usage company. They give you a seven day trial, but you have to give your credit card information for the monthly fee. Once you do that then you are given access for your trial period, but when you click on the access you are denied. Welcome emails have been sent, access to do tutorials has been given, but a separate email to your account profile which is to the stripe billing company is your only way to see that you have paid this money. There is no account access through the actual art of phoria platform. Within 10 minutes of accessing this software program and being denied, I reached out to tech-support. I got two automated responses that my problem had been reported. I have done numerous emails to the company without any response. It's now been 40 hours since this all started. Instead of canceling as I see is useless to do from other reports here, I have reported this to my credit card company and that is my way to stop further charges.
