I ordered a stroller on Amazon.com from a 3rd party seller called "Baby stroller store TYR," which never arrived. It kept saying on my account that the shipment was delayed but tracking was never available. I have contacted Amazon about this multiple times and they have done nothing. They keep saying they are reaching out to the seller, investigating, etc. One month later they are unable to provide me with tracking, I have no product and no refund. The seller made it look like a refund was initiated but it never actually appeared on my account. Amazon said they didnt know why the refund had not been issued and have repeatedly said they will escalate a case for further investigation but still have not refunded my money or provided an update. The stroller was offered at a significantly reduced price when I purchased it, and upon searching an online forum I discovered this is a current scam happening to other unexpecting buyers. Amazon still seems totally unaware and clueless, sending buyers on a wild goose chase of phone calls that provide no resolution.
