On march 10, 2024 I purchased and paid for 2 bags online. After not receiving tracking info I reached out to the company and was advised that the product was not available and would have to wait. I the. Requested a refund, was advised that it would be processed and it would take 7-10 business days. After 7 business days I reached out again and was advised that they had made a mistaken and would process again. I have not yet received a refund.

Your company has advised that the product I want it is not available. What am I supposed to do? I will not wait indefinitely for a product that I have already paid for.

I have been waiting long enough for this. So it is not my mistake but rather yours for selling something you do not have available. Either I receive the product ASAP or a full refund will be expected for not being able to fulfill my order.

This is absurd. My order was placed on March 10th and the company can not fulfill my order and now I must pay? Outrageous, poor customer service, I would like this issue escalated and my refund to be 100%. I’ll not pay for an issue that is not mine and it is not advertise. I was looking over the website and I don’t see anything referring to not having a full refund. Please issue my refund immediately this has taken way too long.
