I ordered 2 Bamboo 5-tier desktop Organizers from balluccihomessentials for USD $41.56. I found it weird that when I ordered it I could not see my order on my account on their website. When I paid with my credit card, it redirected to another site. I ordered it on Sat. Nov. 2, 2024 and today is Thursday Nov. 21, 2024, and it has not arrived. They said it would be 3-12 business days for my product to arrive. I tried to contact them by their email: [email protected] but micro soft office emailed me saying they could not sent my message after many attempts. After this I realized this was a scam website, so I locked my credit card. If you go online, they have two links called balluccihomessentials. Both have different phone numbers (351) 885-6551 and (538) 101-2788 but the same emails, which does not work.
