I Signed up for a free 14 day trial. The company charged me $144 plus $12 "processing fee" before the free trial was up. I emailed them to receive a refund and they told me I couldn't receive a refund and that I was also charged $12 for a "processing fee". When i explained the situation over email " Kenneth Garcia- "Sr Success Manager" denied a refund and would not put me in contact with anyone else at the company. I informed him that the company was partaking in misleading and false advertisement and he failed to respond to my email. If you visit Glassdoor.com or trustpilot.com many other victims have also come forward about this company being a scam.
