The website was displayed on a social network platform; Instagram to be exact. The reviews on the site are impeccable and they show live feed of cases that customers have ordered. The case was actually a gift; after the order was confirmed there was a confirmation email sent like a normal shipment. The red flag came after trying to track the shipment after a week, only because companies usually send out a follow up generated message confirming the departure from customer to the shipper(USPS etc.) and that didn’t happen. So after clicking the link to “track the shipment” it just directed the me right back to the site; I which never happens because the tracking should be attached to the shippers or whomever will deliver 3rd Party for example. Attempting to reach out to the email as I write this claim right now ; doubt it may be a success at this point. Went to search reviews outside of the site and people were saying nothing but the same thing.
