I saw an ad on Facebook, for a cat product, called "Catsy Exercise Wheel". I clicked on the website (https://benabo.co/) and it took me to a very professional looking website. They had photos of their warehouse, spoke about shipping, their return policy, other products they sold, etc. Thinking this was a legit company, i purchased the Catsy Exercise Wheel for $29.99 USD, and my credit card was charged immediately. I never received an email confirmation about my order, nothing about shipping, etc. I emailed the company multiple times, and never received a reply. I messaged them on Facebook, and again no reply. Having viewed other comments from the Facebook ad, it appears that this company is fake and doesn't exist. I had to since cancel my credit card and my bank opened up a fraud investigation.
