A charge appeared on my bank statement reading: "-7.00 Debit Card Debit WPPLUG.US 8559997711 #1942" which was not authorized or ordered by me. I called my bank and they suggested calling the number. I called and a recording asks if you want to "refund" and I followed the prompts to do so. I did not have the options to speak to anyone or ask how or why this was charged to my account. The contact page of this site shows contact info as: BITNET LLC, 7439 Adairsville Hwy Ste 103, Adairsville, GA 30103 and lists email address as: [email protected]

I would like to report this company and unauthorized transaction and ask how can this type of "stealing" be stopped. Sincerely, Susan Himel
