The company claims to do promotion for music on spotify by adding your music to playlists that have active followers and will increase your listener counts and active people streaming your music. I purchased playlisting with them during their "mothers day sale" which I saw an advertisement for 60% off their services and said "Hurry up, Limited slots remain". Which is false, because they run the same sale now calling it "Summer Sale" with the same 60% off and "limited spots remaining". (FALSE ADVERTISING CLAIM). As well as after I purchased this service, they did not fulfill their service of getting the song into the appropriate playlists, after waiting over a week after purchase for anything to happen (which they claimed 3-5 business days). So, I emailed them asking for clarification, in which they responded asking for my "Reader access" to my 'Spotify for Artist' account. A stipulation never listed before purchasing and one in which I do not feel comfortable giving them my personal insights into my career. This was not stipulated any time before purchase to be 100% clear. After I explained to them, I was not comfortable with that request, they basically emailed me back saying "Without this access we cannot help you how we are supposed to" I questioned this further and explained to them how regardless of the "Reader access" that was never stipulated prior, and I cannot be held to doing that when it was never agreed upon before the purchase. They then compared my music to a car needing service and how you give the mechanics shop your key which is just a ridiculous analogy to claim my music is 'broken' and needs "their servicing". I have found entire reddit thread complaining about this company and their lack of transparency and they need to be stopped. * **** **** ************ *** ***** ***** **** ******
