First and foremost, I would like to apologize for everything that you have gone through since the product was not what you expected. Please note that you ordered size 3XL, and I'm afraid that even our largest size won't fit you.
If you want to exchange for another size, I'm sorry that you have to pay the shipping fee back to our return warehouse in Asia. However, the cost would be high due to geographical distance, so the returning option is not our first recommendation.
Alternatively, we would like to offer a 30% discount code so that you can reorder on our website. How do you think? Actually, I think this offer is a better deal rather than choosing to return. So basically they woukd give me a discount to order more items that will not fit (by their own admission). Contacted again and asked for address so i could see what shipping costs were. Received this response

We do have an R&D team and QA system in Vietnam, and this is a place that we receive all defective items so they can investigate and do research to upgrade our product quality. If you return the item to Vietnam, we will send you a new product as a replacement. To be honest, optioning to return will buy you more time of waiting, potential delays and high freight shipping costs. Therefore, this is the final solution I offer you if we can not meet any better deal.
In my attempts to find out a better solution for you, I have worked this case again with the manager and the good news is that she agreed with my solution of 35% refund if you are willing to keep this item. What do you think about this offer?

Back and forth a few more times explaining how it was unfair that i had to return to vietnam when i received the item from NY. More apology emails and now refind is up to 40%. Be very cautious before ordering. If they accept returns, go to contact us page and ask them where returns go to first. I know i will.
