I am launching a new business and and as marketing tool, was trying to boost a new Instagram account. I ordered a package of 1000 new Canadian fans, to be added over the next two days. The date was November 17th, and I have send three messages, using their online contact us portal, but have not heard a word from them. The amount is not large, but as a new business, and a person that is housebound due to disability, it is still a hit to more than my wallet. My options are limited on how to promote my product, and what I can afford. I want others to be aware so that this does not happen to others.
