I received the tracking number, ***************, from the seller after making the payment. I expected the items to be shipped from Canada or the US, but they were shipped from Shenzhen, China. I was only able to track the parcel through a global package tracking website (https://parcelsapp.com/en/tracking/***************). I placed my order on 10/18/2024. According to the tracking site, the parcel was marked as delivered on 11/23/2024, but I did not receive it. My building has a concierge service, and I’ve received packages from other merchants without issue. The seller’s website doesn’t provide a phone number, so I could only submit a form through their site, but I have not received any response.
