The scammer is an online mindfulness training service. They claim to offer a new session starting every Monday. I registered and paid for a session to start on December 18, 2023. However, I had no access to the course. Their phone line is never answered and always goes to voicemail. I have left several voicemail messages since December 18th regarding a refund and no one has returned my calls. I have also sent several emails and messages on their website contact form. I received only one reply on December 21st containing false information about my registration (dates were inaccurate by months). The person who sent the email claimed that the access issue was rectified, however, most of the week had already gone by and it was too late for me to start. Therefore, I replied to this email asking for a refund. It is now January 9, 2023 and after several more emails, messages, and voicemails, I have yet to receive any other response or to even have the opportunity to speak with a customer service agent or staff. The phone line is still never answered at any time of the day, and emails and messages are not responded to at all.
