Paid for mentoring service. Service did not start on “start date” with lack of communication from said mentor I asked for a refund. I felt uncomfortable doing a mentoring service with someone who lacked in communication and looked further into getting a refund. Continuing to refuse to refund me and offer more mentoring options which is not what I wanted. I’m not sure how a mentor can treat someone like that and then expect a human being to want to work with them after
