Product was observed on TV show "Dragons Den", found website for company online and made purchase. As company was a startup there were delays due to covid, company would periodically reach out with email showing how things were progressing, have since quit responding to emails, don't answer phone calls. I did get an email at Christmas 2022, a holiday message to all who purchased, hoping they were enjoying their purchase. I replied immediately and got no response

I believe it was a legit company, maybe they went bankrupt or shut down, I can't get answers. I unfortunately don't use the credit card I made the purchase with anymore, so I can't even contact mastercard about the fraud.

I understand that the money may be lost, but I would hate to see others land in the same situation
