I asked for a refund , which they would do but they wouldn’t supply a shipping label due to the fact their warehouse was unavailable.
The emails are very vague, sounds like Ai, and not personal.
They made it sound like they were doing me a favour by offering 40-50% refund .
I replied by saying I hope it’s the full amount I paid after exchange..they just replied with with except
80.91*0.5=40.46
