I ordered flea, tick, and heartworm medication on 9/11/24 from C&J Dawgz company. Amount charged to my credit card was $31.88. I was informed on 9/17/24 by message chat through C&J Dawgz company that a full refund was issue. No refund was issued to my credit card. I 2 separate alerts on my credit card that C&J Dawgz company tried to charge my credit card an additional $36 then $4,000. The charges were unauthorized and are under review with my credit card company. The credit card used with C&J Dawgz company was been closed.
