Purchased sweater from website found on Facebook (https://www.cofyl.com and email - [email protected], [email protected]), costing more than $50 US. Took many weeks to arrive and when it did, looked nothing like advertised, false advertising. Very poor quality, wrong colour, and big chunk missing from front band with jagged edges to the point not wearable. Claiming only give refund for size or quality, but when I showed picture of the product I received, offered refund (if I get anything?) and if I insist on returning, told me to send product to their Dubai wear house at my shipping cost. Feel totally scammed and definitely lost my $$. Learned my lesson, never shopping from a FB link again as realized suppliers not regulated!
