Columbia Top Deals Ad pop up offering Discounted Columbia Clothing. Ordered 5 shirts at cost of $52.99 on January 13th . paid by Citi Bank Credit Card. Never received product.

Now when I search Columbia top deals, I get phishing/scam alerts

On NOvember 19th, There was a Facebook ad linking to their website, with 80% off Columbia products. I placed an order, received e-mail confirmation of the order, my credit card was charged $115.38 (CAD). There was a tracking number (***************) which for a couple of weeks when I put it in on their website, would say that the order had not yet been shipped. But this morning when I put that number in, it says "404 Page Not Found". I reached out via e-mail, and the e-mail bounced back as undeliverable. I have no other way to contact them, and no reason to believe that the items are on their way.
