They advertise the jersey customization as multi layered twill, which is the proper way and what you pay for (yellow jersey photo). I received this cheap single layer vinyl which they lie to you and say it is what you pay for and is authentic, but it is not (white jersey picture). I tried to communicate with them but they are difficult and will not help me find solution and continue to try and lie about the product being what they advertise when it clearly isn’t. They are mis leading people and will not take responsibility for it when they are confronted about it.

They also have ship dates when you order and they have with me and many others take months to ship, if they ship their order at all.
