I bought 5 items, when I received them they were not what they advertised on their website. I followed their return policy by contacting them and provided the QRC code for each item; I was advised that shipping would be very expensive, they asked if I would accept $6USD as compensation for $84USD worth of useless merchandise. I politely declined and asked for a return address to get a full refund. They will not provide a return address, they have subsequently offered $9USD, then $16USD. I declined all of these offers because it is totally unacceptable and fraudulent in my eyes. All the money they are taking for unsuspecting folks must be in the million dollar and up range because they are scamming people all over the world. They will not honor their return policy. I must have sent 15-16 emails so far and not getting anywhere. I am from Canada, the company appears to be in Wales but the owners are from the Philippines and China; I doubt I will get any of the money back but I will ruin their name in my circle at least. I have flooded their Facebook account with Buyer Beware messages hoping people go to their Facebook page before ordering from them.
