Type of a scam Online Purchase

Tried to get me to send him an Iphone

I advertised an Iphone 13 pro Max on Facebook marketplace. He offered full asking price but I needed to ship to his "daughter" in Ontario. Gave me address. I checked it with google maps and it seemed as legit address. Even the postal code matched. I googled the delivery name and address and came up with multiple reports about his previous scams. Be careful. Don't fall for this. Nobody will send you cash in advance and wait for you to ship the item. This does not exist and is too good to be true.
