Elevenforest advertised "sweaters" and the pictures showed very nice sweaters and descriptions of sweaters. When I received the products they were not sweaters at all but polyester like material with a pattern printed on them and NOT sweaters at all. It was very disappointing and I requested a refund, as I would be entitled to for 30 days. So I contacted the company and they and not being cooperative. They said I'd have to return the items to CHINA. So I said to send me the address. Then I said they should have a canadian address in order to distribute the items to Canadian clients. They have now said they need to 'escalate' and for me to just wait a week... This is not acceptable. They are not respecting their own return policy listed on their website. They offered a 30% reduction coupon which I rejected. I don't want ANYTHING from them.. The items were cheap and ugly and not as described. I don't want others to get conned as I did.
