Placed an order for matching Christmas PJs for my family on Nov 27th. Tracking number I was provided with was all over the place every time I checked it, which should’ve been a red flag for me. As of Christmas Eve no package of products. I decided to wait a few more days to allow it to show up then we could still do our annual picture in our matching pjs in front of the Christmas tree/decorations. New Years came and went and still no package yet tracking was showing delivered. I have attempted to email to the same email address I recieved a email from when I placed the order and have not gotten a response. I called the number that showed up on my credit card statement and it’s a non working number. Now when I go to my order email and click on “review order” it sends me to an error page. I do believe this is a scam and plan to file a report first thing tomorrow with my credit card to get my funds back.
