I saw ad on Facebook for a product and went to website and it looked legitimate so I made purchase through Shoppay app.

I have never received a tracking or confirmation number.

Purchased an Instant Back relief product from a Facebook add. Received a confirmation order with an order number. I never received the product. product was ordered on 1/9/24. I email the "help" address multiple time with zero response. as of 4/2524 I have not received a product or received any contact back from the company. I paid $69.95 on my credit card for this.

I ordered from them and never got my clothes …contact them thru email and told them that the tracking number stated order delivered but it wasn’t . They then issued the same products again and once again states delivered today but not received now the link to the store is gone
