I ordered sporting goods from this company (ammo} on or about January 3, 2024. I question them on when I would get the items I ordered. I noticed that the emails started showing they were from New York, Russia, England, China. It seems to change all the time. The emails seemed to be translated to English due the the funny use of the English. I have requested both a phone number and address and they have not provided them. Been working with my credit card company, putting a hold on the charge. They issued me a new card sometime in January 2024 so they would not charge my card again. Then on February 26, they recharged the original charge to my new card. I open the original case with the credit card company again on or about February 27. I received an email on the early morning of February 28 at 2:26 am my time. This early hour led me to believe it was a far off country, say China maybe. It was very funny that it was the same date as when I reopened the new case with my credit card again. They told me to check with " contact your local post office to inquire about the situation first' as the package was delivered at my porch on January 22, 2024. I have a security camera on my gate. I have a very long driveway which is almost a half mile long. I checked this camera several days before and after the so called delivery date of January 22. The only vehicles were mine as well as the normal deer that happen to cross in front of the camera. I sent them an email that I have not received this so called package. They sent me a new email about 10:05 PM the same day and told me "We have contact the logistics company to inquire about the logistics situation, pls waiting 3-5 day! thanks. Its funny that on February 8, I was told that there would be a delay of, " estimate time-frame of arrival is about 15-20 working days" even though it was delivered on January 22.

I ordered some cologne December 6, 2023, never received it. The last time the tracking was updated was December 28. They never replied to the emails I sent & there's no contact information.

Company name FLX

Charged 92.40 on 6/28/23 from KINTX which showed on my debit account.

The phone number to call does not have enough digits. 928430258

The company address if looked up is a shack. I have tried multiple times to email them with no response.

Imposter website.. looked almost identical to Muck Boots Official

Made an account, bought boots and then never received them, when email "customer support" I was told to be patient and it would arrive.
