Website came up on FB feed. I ordered on line 09/26/2022 shoes, sandals, clothing, etc. I received an e-mial comfirmation of order#***** on 09/26/2022. I received a package on 10/12/2022 with tracking USPS#**********************. Did not order this ring, looked up tracking to find it had been shipped from Bloomingdale, IL. Searched on internet to find address/contact info for Fashion Essentials, only found email and comments about said company and others receiving the same ring. I immediately contact my Capital One CC and they proceeded to investigate and refund my $36.92. I also sent and email to [email protected] on 11/16/2022, stating I had not received my shipment. I received an email 11/18/2022 from [email protected] stating they would refund had been applied. 11/18/2022 a refund was applied to my Capitol One CC from Fashion Essentials. I received a letter form Capitol One stating the merchant had already refunded. I called Capitol One regarding this scam and they recommend I report this with BBB! I'm reporting this scam in hopes it can be shut down and no other individual will be scammed. I'm sure others are being scammed and are not equipped to report it.
