They claim the order shipped and gave a tracking number- there has been no tracking update since November. This is clearly lost and the issue is theirs, not mine.

I repeatedly asked for my money back- these piggy banks were meant to be Holiday presents. They keep telling me to be patient and that they cannot refund an order that has shipped.
