Type of a scam Online Purchase
On 28 February I was charged 25€ after trying to contact the website through their web form they did not reply back and I called the bank on 1 March to cancel a unnotarized transaction
After this they contacted me saying that I never contacted them and I need to pay a cancel fee of 150€ plus the month that I disputed with the bank and If I don’t do so they will take legal action.
I reply to them and say that I want to find a solution to this problem but I’m not going to pay anything as I never received any invoice or confirmation, never asked for a subscription and I was not able to use this training.
The bank gave back the money.
28 march they charged me 25€ and they refund me back 29 March and also they send a email to inform on the bottom of the email was written that if I want I can cancel the subscription from my account but to Terms and Conditions thet say that need to send a register letter in Azerbaijan
30 April they charged me 175€ and again I called the bank to dispute this transaction during the call they informed me that Formafly accepted to return the money for the first dispute.
Formafly contacted me back saying now that I need to pay 150€x2=300€ plus 2 months of 25€=50 a total of 350€ and again if I don’t do that they will take legal action.
I do not have access to 2 trainings that I bought (one by accident) and I never accepted to have a subscription.
I tried to find a solution, but their process is so fraudulent and can’t do anything, they don’t have a phone number, address, they are not register to France as a business, if search their website doesn’t show the owner
They say to their website that they operate in France, the charges from the bank are made by a bank in Andorra and in case you need ot cancel the subscription to send a register letter ot Azerbaijan.
