I ordered one of their products (crossbody bag, $32.39) online using their website. They failed to ship the product to me for more than week. When I contacted them to resolve this they promptly provided shipping information for a second shipment. The product I eventually received deviated from what was advertised in such a way that it was not even usable for its intended purpose. The bottom strap location was on the wrong corner, causing the bag to stick out and away from the body instead of laying flush on it.

I emailed customer support and explain the issue and the only reply was an email with a return shipping label, no explanation. I used their shipping label to ship their faulty product back to them.

They issue me a PARTIAL refund, leaving me to pay the shipping costs of the initial transaction ($10.07).

I have since issued a chargeback with my credit provider.
