Truck Repair SCAM

A mechanic found on kijiji was called to come and diagnose an issue with one of my trucks. Him and his son came. The name he told me was Wally and he was coming from Mississauga/Brampton. He came to run a scan on the truck and in total was then paid $400 cash (for coming down to Scarborough and doing the scan). He made a verbal agreement with me to get the parts needed and come back on Friday July 1 2022 at 11am to start working on it. An etransfer for $700 was then sent for the part (I did not receive an invoice). He then asked to send another etransfer for $800 for some tires and then another $1600 for another set of tires. A sum of $3100 was sent altogether via etransfer on July 29th -30th. On July 1st he did not show up or call to let me know he wasn't coming. I called him and he said he would come on July 3 at 4pm. The day came and he said he's not available to come. July 5th comes and he makes another excuse about coming and keeps telling me he will come on one day and never does. A week went by and he didn't call me or leave any messages. I asked him to either come and do the job or refund me my money. He has not responded or contacted me since. I filed a police report and it was left at that. I was scammed a total of $3500. Plus I found out he was doing a basement rental which he advertised on kijiji.

Hello my name is Honarmand Neilaki I take my 2005 Peterbilt 379 to his shop for safety and repairs i dropped all the parts 10 brand new tires clutch drums shoes bumper hood muffler manifold headlights door handels and power windows ignition switch Turbo charger mirror steps boxes and batteries radiator doors lock brake chambers wiper motor fift wheel starter alternator driver seat plus $18000 for new metalic paint and payed him the labor in front $17000 and he wanted cash because he said of his wife case his business bank account has-been suspended after all he said the truck has been customized completely better than brand new truck is ready to be picked up from my home to his shop is 9 minutes drive if there's no traffic i went there and there's no truck i asked him where is the truck he said it was in front of his shop and his shop is locked and never wanted to open and he said your truck is gone i don't have it any more since then I been serch with police and investigating team didn't find my truck like this acenario he hiding my truck during my searches i found that and meet others who been scammed by him 4 cases i found already this person and his son who said he is a Paralegal lawyer are criminals and getting more victims like me everyday

I wanted to come on this site and make everyone aware of this person Wadally Khan aka Wally Khan, he is a con, preys on hard working people, elderly, woman and children and businesses, he has taken over 10K from me impersonating himself as a private mortgage lender, thanks to a "SAM" who started this and left his phone number that I was able to get some of my money back, this man almost put my and my 80 year old mother and 21 year old son on the street, he took my 2 of my mortgage payments and lawyer fees and lender fees and ran away with my money...

My name is Tina and I am a victim of theft/fraud from a WADALLI KHAN Address for Service7074 Magic Court, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, L4T 3A1, WADALLI KHAN impersonated himself to be a mortgage private lender and stole over $14 thousand dollars from me. He knew I was in a bad situation, afraid I was going to lose my house, I have an elderly woman 82 years old (my mother) and my 21 year old son living with me and he preyed on my vulnerability. He went as far as sending me fake Mortgage commitment letters that my mortgage would be paid out and kept changing the dates and kept telling me that he needed all this money for lenders and lawyer fees until one day I got fed up and told him I did t want to go through him anymore and asked for my money back.

I googled his name and it brought me to this site, I was in shock could not believe my eyes, this man has been stealing money from other people. THANK GOD FOR “SAM” whom left his number on this site “Scam post” I called him right away and he filled me in all of WADALIS history. Sam coached me what to say to Wadally and with in a few days he gave me all my money back.

Thank you Sam, you saved my life and saved my mortgage, I was able to get my money back and pay my mortgage up to date.

I also called the mortgage company from where Wadalli sent me the fake mortgage commitment and learned that this mortgage company is a victim as well, Wadalli has stolen money from them too.

Again thanks to Sam for leaving a number where to contact him or else my family would be in the streets from losing our home.

He stole money from me too. Said he was a mortgage private lender, took thousands of dollars from me said he had to pay the lawyers.

He says he lives in Kleunburg, says he owns homes all over the world, he is a fraud, took money from an elderly 80 year old woman, almost lost my house because of him.
