I was an a real estate site looking for homes and when I checked the morgage calculator this service came up. It was listed as a free service but took my credit card for credit verification. Then I recieved an email confirming my account and 7 day trial. It said if I didn't cancel in 7 days I'd be charged 34.95 a month. I called in and was offered another 7 days on the trial and told they don't do refunds. It took 30 minutes to get the advisor to cancel the service.
