I clicked on a link on Facebook called Hoka-USA Clearance, where they were advertising Hoka shoes on clearance 2 pairs for $69. The website looked exactly like the original HOKA website. I placed my order with my debit card and received a confirmation email. The website has my order number and states the items have not been shipped. The company listed in my checking account is THEODUO LEGGINS LLC and not HOKA, At one point, I was able to contact someone via email: Luna Hull at [email protected]. In the email, it was stated that I needed to be patient and then provided a USPS shipping number, but when I clicked on the link the USPS site said that a label had been created but the item had not been received. I emailed again after about 2 weeks and was told again to be patient and that the item was in international logistics. After this exchange and request for a refund, I have not received another response and the email link on the website has been removed in the shipping section. I have now tried a new email: [email protected] and I am waiting on a response.
