Went online to purchase a Popmart smile monster. When looking on Amazon, a website for Howowoh came up with the Labuan smile monster. I ordered, paid via PayPal and extra for secure shipping. I was sent a tracking number through tracker it showed me tracking for about 2 weeks where it stayed at JFK for several days. I reached out to the company via email, no word from them. I tried to open the tracking app again and unable to track, unable to go to the website. I try to login and it says password incorrect. It was as if my order and info provided just disappeared.
