Placed online order a month ago with a stated delivery time of 3-7 days. Have not received, do not receive responses to emails, have requested the package be considered LOST and demanded refund without resolution!!!

I tried to buy an inlighte gameboy system. On the website, it says 35 days I've been waiting a month. They keep trying to get me to buy more stuff, will not return my money.Will, not tell me when the product is getting here.
