I was sold a trailer,

The lisiting price was 10 000

But on the day of sale I received confirmation that it was only 9500

Now I am being denied the bill of sale and ownership until an extra 1000$ is payed. Even with written confirmation that it's $9500.

Item posted was agreed to. Seller removed item and continued to agree to mail item to me with no particulars being posted. I Etransferred the seller $43 which was automatically deposited into a bank. I received the item, which was not the same item originally posted. This was brought to the sellers attention in the kijiji app and offered big discount in any of his items for sale. I indicate to him that I will return the item to him. He/she has not responded.
